When we make changes to timetables, or have to use special timetables due to events or diversions, we'll need to do a lot of planning in the background to work out how our drivers & vehicles make it all happen. This then needs to be built into a set of complex data to allow our app & website, as well as third party journey planners, to understand and interpret the timetables, to power the journey planner, to help you track where your bus is and when it's expected in real traffic condition, and much more!
All this work takes time, and particularly for events and road closures outside of our control, it means we can't always have the data available as soon as we'd like to help you plan your journeys - so we hope this page helps you to know when we'll have all systems prepared to help you.
