Timetable Changes from 4th September
We’re changing some timetables and routes from Sunday 4th September.
In readiness for the start of the new academic year there will be a number of timetable changes from Sunday 4th September. The current school summer holiday timetables will end from this date.
The new timetables restore the more typical service frequency seen before the school summer holidays. At the same time many routes will see new timetables, with many journeys retimed to better reflect the level of congestion, which is often unpredictable, that we continue to face. Below are details for each route as well as a preview of the new timetables, where applicable. We will also reissue our 5 timetable books and network map and guide in time for the changes.

We’ll restore this service to 2 buses per hour and we’ll improve the departure times from the city centre. As a result the section of route between Cyncoed and Pontprennau will be withdrawn as this has not been well used. This will allow the restoration of the 2 buses per hour over the main section of route, answering requests to do so. Buses will end at either Cyncoed Village or Hampton Crescent – please check the timetable.
This service will run via lower Churchill Way rather than David Street and will use bus stop HP on Churchill Way and not HJ.
